EPA's new carbon motion

It is interesting to see how the EPA has declared Carbon Dioxide and a few other gases as being a threat to humans. Of course, there are two sides to the story. The head of the EPA is claiming that she would rather have Congress pass legislation because it is powerful and that the EPA is just following its own assessment from a study carried out for some years. The EPA was given this right by a Supreme Court ruling, but one must think, why now. Just when the explosion of the stolen emails about "Climate gate" was gaining steam, the EPA decides to pull this gimmick. Let's also not forget the climate summit at Copenhagen. This is a perfect ploy for President Obama to use as a claim for change. It isn't the policy that disturbs me as much as the policy gimmicks. What can happen next??????
